Deep Tissue Massage

The Deep Tissue Massage is tailored to your specific needs, focusing on targeting areas of tension with precision and care. In both the 60-minute and 90-minute sessions, I employ techniques like direct pressure, pin and stretch, and muscle stretches to align postural and gait patterns and address pain associated with the musculoskeletal system. The 90-minute session allows for more intensive work on chronic stress and adhesions, with the added benefit of heated jade stones to release stubborn knots and enhance relaxation.

Heated Jade Stone Massage
90 minutes: $170

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Session
55 minutes: $65

Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph. This session is good for those who are experiencing swelling from past surgeries, past colds, or dietary reasons. The gentle massage is soothing and will leave you feeling uplifted and free of excess fluids. BONUS I will use cold jade stones for the face to enhance the benefits of lymph flow, that will leave you glowing and smiling!
